Seller Terms & Agreement
Last updated: September 2026. These terms govern creator onboarding, digital product licensing, 95% revenue share, instant UPI payouts, boosting tiers, and seller policies.
Eligible Product Categories
Sellers may publish and sell verified merchandise and developer gear, including:
- Official Devpool & tech community hoodies, t-shirts, and apparel
- Developer desk accessories, mechanical keyboard desk pads, and mugs
- Laptop stickers, pin badges, and hackathon swags
- Physical engineering reference books, notebooks, and prints
- Curated developer swag packs and tech conference gear
Creator Verification & KYC
To maintain high marketplace standards, sellers must complete identity verification and connect a verified GitHub profile showing proof-of-work. Payout accounts must be linked to an active Indian UPI VPA or bank account.
Keep 95% of Every Sale (5% Platform Fee)
Creators receive 95% of every sale. Devpool retains a flat 5% platform fee to cover payment gateway processing, order fulfillment management, and logistics infrastructure. Zero listing fees or recurring subscription fees apply.
Automated UPI Payouts
Earnings automatically batch daily to your registered UPI ID (e.g. handle@okaxis, handle@paytm). Creators can also trigger instant on-demand withdrawals from their Seller Studio dashboard anytime with zero withdrawal processing charges.
Promoted Listings (Boosting)
Merchants may elevate product ranking and homepage prominence via optional boosts:
- 7-Day Boost: ₹99
- 15-Day Boost: ₹179
- 30-Day Boost: ₹299
Prohibited Content & Item Safety
Strictly prohibited: counterfeit merchandise, unauthorized brand trademarks, defective garments, toxic materials, and offensive apparel prints. Violations incur immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending wallet balances.
