1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or purchasing merchandise through Devpool (the "Platform", accessible via resourcio.io), you ("User", "Creator", or "Developer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any specialized guidelines referenced herein.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, startup, or educational organization, you represent that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions.
2Accounts & Multi-Role Identity
Devpool provides multi-role identity infrastructure allowing a single verified profile to act simultaneously as a Developer, Merchandise Seller, Technical Mentor, Recruiter, and Hackathon Host.
- You must be at least 16 years of age or possess parent/guardian consent.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and API keys.
- Account impersonation, sybil account creation, and identity forgery will lead to permanent platform banning.
3ResCoin (RC) Virtual Economy & Gamification
ResCoins (
) are proprietary digital reputation and reward units awarded solely for verified platform milestones, streak maintenance, code reviews, and community participation.
ResCoins cannot be transferred between third parties off-platform, cannot be traded for fiat currency except through authorized platform merchant redemption channels, and cannot be artificially farmed. Any scripts, headless scrapers, or automated bot actions attempting to forge streaks will cause automatic forfeiture of all accrued ResCoins.
4Marketplace Orders & Intellectual Property
When you purchase tangible products, apparel, and merchandise on the Devpool Marketplace, orders are fulfilled and dispatched to your registered address with express tracking:
Dispatched via reputable courier partners across India with live tracking updates.
Verified authentic developer merchandise, stickers, hoodies, and desk essentials.
5Creator Payouts & Razorpay Processing
Payments for merchandise, mentorship sessions, and recruiter listings are processed securely through Razorpay or redeemable ResCoins. Creators receive scheduled automated payouts directly into their registered bank accounts, minus platform facilitation fees (standard 5% transaction fee).
6Mentorship & Professional Conduct
Mentors and mentees must conduct sessions with technical professionalism. Unauthorized recording, confidential company IP disclosure, solicitation of off-platform bypass payments, and harassment are grounds for immediate account deactivation.
7User Content & Technical Blogs
You retain ownership of the original technical blogs, code repositories, and comments you publish. By submitting content to Devpool, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to index, display, and syndicate the content with full canonical attribution to your author profile.
8Disclaimers & 'As-Is' Warranty
The platform, developer merchandise store, and mock interview tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free code execution across all hosting providers or external libraries.
9Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Devpool, its directors, employees, or contributors be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from digital template usage, hiring decisions, or platform downtime.
10Termination & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and applicable international digital commerce frameworks. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata/Bengaluru, India.
